  • Yes, we require a deposit for our services. The deposit serves as a commitment to secure your booking. The specific deposit amount will be 50% of your total booking cost. It is important to note that deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total cost of your event.

    Our deposit policy ensures that your requested date is reserved. If you have any questions about the deposit amount or our refund policy, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to provide you with further information. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the deposit process as transparent and convenient as possible.

  • We require a minimum space of 14ft x 7ft x 4ft to operate the overhead 360 photo booth.

  • Yes as long as weather permits and power is readily available.

  • While there are no restrictions on the number of guests that can occupy the overhead 360, for the best video quality, we suggest a maximum of 10 or less.

  • Your reservation includes 2 attendants that will setup, take down, and operate your overhead 360 video experience. All you have to do is bring the magic!

  • Videos are available for sharing as soon as they are filmed. The included sharing station will allow you to obtain your videos immediately via text, email, or social media.

  • The video length is customizable to your liking up to 15 seconds.

  • Yes, PM Rentals is insured. This coverage documentation can be provided to your venue upon request.

  • Our overhead 360 photo booth is automatic and controlled by our attendants.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change. While payments made to PM Rentals are non-refundable, we do offer the flexibility to reschedule your event or appointment for another date or time, subject to availability.

    Please note the following terms and conditions regarding rescheduling:

    Rescheduling Requests: You may request to reschedule your event or appointment with PM Rentals provided that the request is made within 14 days prior to the original date and time. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

    Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. PM Rentals will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable alternative date and time.

    Limited Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your event or appointment only once. Additional rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.

    Expiration: Please be aware that your payment for your event is valid for a period of 1 calendar year from the original date. If you do not reschedule within this period, your payment may expire, and no further rescheduling will be possible.

    No Refunds: We emphasize that payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to reschedule within the provided terms or if you fail to attend the rescheduled event, your payment will not be refunded.

    We encourage you to contact our customer support team as soon as possible to initiate the rescheduling process or if you have any questions regarding this policy. We strive to provide excellent service and appreciate your understanding of these terms.
